We do not track individual usage of our free generator tool in a way that personally identifies you. The customization happens directly in your browser, and the resulting files are generated locally.

• When you contact us: If you use our support form or email us, we collect your name, email address, and message solely to respond to your inquiry.
• Newsletter/Shop Updates: If you sign up to be notified about shop launches or updates, we collect your email address for that specific purpose.
• When you make a purchase: Payments are processed by our Merchant of Record (e.g., Waffo or Lemon Squeezy). They handle your financial data. They only share basic order details with us (such as your name, email, and the item purchased) so we can provide customer support and deliver your files. We never see or store your credit card information.

3. Data Security, Storage, and Retention

We implement reasonable technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. Information collected via our contact form is stored securely through trusted services (like Web3Forms) and is retained only for as long as necessary to resolve your inquiry, after which it is routinely deleted. Purchase records are kept securely for accounting and support purposes as required by law.

Although PaperByMe does not require user accounts, you have the right to access, correct, or delete any personal information you may have provided to us (such as your email address from a support ticket or newsletter sign-up).
